Formation of a Private Company
Private limited companies are the most common form of companies in Bangladesh. For the formation of such a company compliance with the Companies Act 1994 is required. The registration of the company is administered by the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC).

FOREIGN DONATIONS
The FOREIGN DONATIONS (VOLUNTARY ACTIVITIES) REGULATION ACT 2016 repeals the Foreign Donations (Voluntary Activities) Regulations Ordinance 1978 (Ordinance No. XLVI of 1978) and Foreign Contributions (Regulation) Ordinance 1982 (Ordinance No. XXXI of 1982). This Act will come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint (s.1(2)).
