Mr. Intekhab-Ul-Alam is a skilled young lawyer who has completed his BPTC/PGDL from the University of the West of England, Bristol and has become a Barrister of the Honourable Society of Inner Temple. He has experience in several areas of law but in particular he specialises in Company law, Criminal law, Immigration law and Family law.

After completing his LLB from University of London, Mr. Alam joined a prominent law firm (based in Dhaka) as an associate and mediator where his work ethics and personality was much- admired by his seniors. He has also completed his MSS in Victimology & Restorative Justice from University of Dhaka. He is a very promising, hardworking and dedicated person. His passion is to sincerely serve his clients and bring justice to them. His interpersonal and communication skill and easily approachable characteristic has helped him a lot to engage with his clients in order to represent their interests. Especially when it comes to sensitive matters, he listens to the clients very patiently so that he can understand their circumstances and needs to respond accordingly.

In particular, Mr. Alam specialises in issues related to Company, Employment, Immigration, Guardian and Wards, Child Custody, Divorce etc. For several years, he has been handling such cases with great care and success. He has been dealing with civil (e.g company, commercial, tax and banking matters) and criminal matters also.

Moreover, his experience of working as a mediator, has helped him to maintain positive relationship with his clients. He is alsoacting as a Vice-Principal of his own private institution (Regal Dimensions Ltd.) for training future barristers. Since his student years, he has been teaching students of A levels (law), LLB (University of London) and BTT. He also attends various CPD Programs.

Furthermore, he also has wide knowledge in the field of regulatory matters as well as in international and national commercial contracts. He provided legal support on obtaining regulatory licenses for the NGOs, social clubs and other various organization in Dhaka.
He also has excellent understanding in the area of immigration law and has got very good reputation in winning cases which was at appeal stage against an European Embassy. He also acted as chief immigration consultant of one of the Lions’ Club in Dhaka for attending Lions International Convention which held in Milan,Italy.
